Smoking is not allowed inside the villa, but only on the terrace next to the pool.
All double beds are extra large, size 200x210cm, while 2 single beds are 100x210cm.
Linen (sheets, bath and pool towels) is included in the price and is changed once a week.
Cots for babies and children as well as child seats are available on request.
In the villa it is not allowed to have 'wild parties' and groups of young people will not be accepted.
Upon arrival, you will give a security deposit of € 500.

Villa Aquarius
We recently stayed at Villa Aquarius in Pula with our very large family, and we can confidently say it was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. The villa itself is stunning—spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything a big group could need for a relaxing and memorable stay.
From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at ease. A very special thank you goes to Ines and Matteo, who went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was absolutely perfect. Their warmth, attention to detail, and willingness to help with anything we needed made all the difference. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, and their care truly elevated our experience.
Whether we were lounging by the pool, enjoying meals together on the terrace, or exploring the nearby beaches and attractions of Pula, Villa Aquarius was the perfect base for our family to relax and reconnect.
We are already dreaming of our return and wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend Villa Aquarius to anyone—especially large families or groups looking for an unforgettable getaway.

Villa Aquarius
We were 2 families with totalt 13 people that had a great time in Villa Aquarius. Nice and luxurious villa close to Pula center. With taxi/uber we easily get to see nice places in the area. Really lot of beautiful places. Thanks to our host Ines for quick response and good service. We`d love to be back.

Villa Aquarius
13 adults with 2 kids stayed in the villa at the end of June for a week, and it was the perfect place!
The villa looks just like the photos, has all the amenities you need, it was super clean and modern.
Ines is a great host, anything we needed she was there to help and always super quick to reply.
Location of the villa is also great, a quick 5
Min drive to the centre or 10 min drive to the popular beach.
Would highly recommend and would definitely return in the future.

Villa Aquarius
Ines's villa is breathtaking and exactly as shown in the photos. Plenty of space, a great location, clean, very well-equipped, and a wonderful view of Pula. Perfect for families with children. We highly recommend the accommodation, and we would gladly return.

Modern, comfortable house with all luxus you need for a vacation with friends or family. The location is awesome as you have only 10 minutes to the center of pula and a great view over the harbor.

We have just had an amazing family holiday at Villa Aquarius. The accommodation is perfect, comfortable and clean. We made great use of the pool and the facilities provided. The Villa is in a great location within walking distance of local shops and restaurants.
Ines is the perfect host. Very helpful, friendly and kind and correspondence is excellent. We can highly recommend.

Villa Aquarius
We visited this stunning Villa with 12 people and had a really great time. Nice establishment and a lot of space for everything/everyone. The location is really good for going to the beach, shopping or visiting the village.
The owner/landlady is a very kind person and helps you to make your stay even better.
All in all a wonderful place to be, 100% recommended!
