Villa Aquarius is a luxurious and elegant villa, built in 2020. Villa Aquarius is the ideal place to relax with your family or with your friends. It is fully furnished and offers its guests a very high level of comfort.

The ground floor consists of a very modern kitchen equipped with all the gadgets you may need during your stay; a large living room with lounge and dining room, with a dining table suitable to satisfy 14 people; a bedroom with private bathroom and a toilet.

On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and a separate room with washing machine and dryer.

On the second floor there are 2 other modern bedrooms, both with private bathrooms and a breathtaking view, the bay and the port of Pula. In a large and tidy garden there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, garden furniture, table and chairs for dining, a heated outdoor pool of 52m2, which in the shallower part has a hydromassage area. There is also an outdoor shower and deck chairs to enjoy the sun. Inside the structure there are 4 free parking spaces.

Villa Ines, a luxurious villa, equipped with all the comforts and gadgets you will need during your holiday and that will make you feel at home.

The living space is 350m2, while the garden and private pool are located on an area of ​​800m2.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with air conditioning and an LCD TV. The kitchen and dining room are spacious and functional, plus the view is oriented towards a covered terrace, the garden and the swimming pool. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances necessary to make your stay even easier and more practical. Also on the ground floor there is a bathroom with a 'walk in' shower and a toilet with washing machine.

An ideal place for a joint vacation and fun

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and LCD TV. The 'master' bedroom has a private exit to a covered terrace overlooking the pool and also has direct access to the bathroom. Another bedroom has a covered terrace and immediately next to it a bathroom with shower.

800m2 are at your disposal outside the villa, where you will find a private swimming pool and also a corner dedicated to children, with a ski lift and a swing.

The covered terrace is absolutely a place to be, you will spend there both your days and your evenings; you will also have at your disposal an outdoor kitchen and a barbeque. And when you finished eating, you can relax and have fun playing pool, table football, table tennis and darts.
